Electronic Records & Signature Consent

Effective June 9, 2026

This disclosure is provided under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). It applies whenever you electronically acknowledge, sign, or confirm any record on the AE Team Track Hub portal operated by Advant-Edge Decorative Curbing & Landscaping, Inc., doing business as AE Outdoor Living.

1. What this consent covers

This consent applies to all electronic documents on the Platform, including without limitation:

Employee handbook
Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and this E-Sign Consent
SOP acknowledgments
Training acknowledgments and certificates
Subcontractor agreements and subcontractor safety rules
Sales compensation plans
Role guides
Corrective action acknowledgments
Policy updates
Project forms where applicable

2. Consent to electronic records

By creating an account and using the Platform, you agree that AE Outdoor Living may provide the documents above to you in electronic form, and that your electronic signatures, click-through acknowledgments, and checkbox confirmations are legally binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature.

3. What we capture

The typed signature or click-through acknowledgment you provide.
Your user ID and role at the time of signing.
Date and time (UTC) of the action.
IP address, if available.
User agent / device, if available.
The exact document and version that was signed.
The acknowledgment text presented to you.
The status of any related checkboxes.

4. Hardware and software requirements

A current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge), an internet connection, and an email account. To retain records you should have the ability to download and store PDF files.

5. Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any record by emailing support@aeoutdoorliving.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies.

6. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent to electronic records at any time by contacting us, but doing so will end your ability to use the Platform and may require us to suspend training assignments, project tools, and other workflows pending an alternative process.

Keep your email and phone number current via your account profile.
