Terms of Service

Effective June 9, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the AE Team Track Hub portal (the "Platform"), operated by Advant-Edge Decorative Curbing & Landscaping, Inc., doing business as AE Outdoor Living, AE Pools and Landscape, AE LEDs, and Sonoran Glass ("AE Outdoor Living," "we," "us"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Access is limited to:

  • AE Outdoor Living employees.
  • Authorized subcontractors and their workers.
  • Authorized managers and admins.
  • Authorized content, finance, fleet, and command-center users as assigned.

You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Account rules

  • No account sharing.
  • No signing, acknowledging, or completing training on behalf of another person unless specifically authorized in writing.
  • No bypassing access controls, quiz grading, or watch-progress requirements.
  • No downloading, exporting, or sharing confidential records unless authorized.
  • No copying, screenshotting, redistributing, or reproducing licensed third-party training content.
  • No misuse of customer, employee, or subcontractor data.

3. Employment notice

Use of the Platform does not alter at-will employment, does not create any contract of employment, and does not replace the official Employee Handbook. If there is any conflict between Platform content and the Employee Handbook or applicable law, the Handbook and law control.

4. Independent contractors

Use of the Platform by a subcontractor or its personnel does not create an employment relationship with AE Outdoor Living. Subcontractors remain independent and solely responsible for their workers, taxes, insurance, licensing, and compliance obligations.

5. Training content

Training, SOP, and safety content supports compliance education only. It does not replace site-specific supervision, OSHA/ADOSH requirements, ROC requirements, manufacturer specifications, customer-contract requirements, or applicable law. You are responsible for following all jobsite and legal requirements in the field.

6. AI tools

AI features (coaches, bid assistant, drafting helpers, reminders, wellness coach, etc.) are for drafting, coaching, internal support, and convenience only. AI tools do not make final legal, HR, medical, finance, safety, pricing, engineering, scheduling, employment, or production decisions. Always review AI output before acting on it.

7. Source of truth

  • Jobber remains the source of truth for live leads, customers, quotes, jobs, payments, and project notes.
  • Paychex remains the source of truth for payroll, tax forms, I-9, benefits, and 401(k) where configured.
  • Official accounting and bank records remain the source of truth for financial books.
  • AE Team Track Hub is the system of record for training, SOPs, acknowledgments, workflows, reminders, internal tools, and the reports it generates.

8. Licensed training materials

Third-party training materials — including, without limitation, NEPQ / 7th Level, Black Book, Contractor Fight, Tom Reber, and Shin-Fu, or other paid resources — may not be copied, downloaded, shared, reproduced, screenshotted, recorded, or distributed in any form unless authorized by both AE Outdoor Living and the training provider.

Internal pricing, margin, customer information, employee information, and subcontractor records are confidential. Disclosing them outside authorized business use is a violation of these Terms and may also be a violation of law.

9. Intellectual property

Training materials, branding, and the Platform itself are the property of AE Outdoor Living or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them solely for assigned business purposes.

10. Disclaimer & liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. AE Outdoor Living disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including on end of employment or contract. Records will be retained per our Data Retention Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Dispute resolution & arbitration

We want to resolve any concern quickly and informally. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@aeoutdoorliving.com so we have a chance to resolve the issue.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally and that is not subject to a separate employment, contractor, or collective agreement shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider seated in Maricopa County, Arizona, under its commercial rules. The parties waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits any party's right to seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or safety, or any non-waivable statutory right (including, where applicable, claims that may not lawfully be compelled to arbitration).

14. Feedback & suggestions

If you submit ideas, feedback, suggestions, or improvements about the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant AE Outdoor Living a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Platform and related products without obligation or compensation, while still complying with applicable wage, employment, and contractor laws.
